Exploration Specialist - Remote

We are excited to share an opportunity to join our team as an Exploration Specialist.

In this role you will guide clients in planning and booking unforgettable experiences across the globe. Responsibilities include but are not limited to researching and arranging flights hotels resorts cruises rail services excursions transfers and special events.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented enjoys helping others and thrives in a client-focused environment. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage customized itineraries
Understand and meet client needs and preferences
Maintain certification through ongoing training
Attend webinars for destination and product knowledge
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collaborate with the team and share insights
Provide budget-conscious recommendations
Develop and distribute promotional content
Stay updated on industry changes and regulations
Research and arrange bookings for a variety of services
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients
Resolve booking or reservation issues
Maintain accurate client records
Network with partners and vendors
Participate in educational trips for hands-on learning

Requirements:

Citizenship in the US UK Mexico Australia or Spain
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Smartphone with internet access (laptop or desktop is also recommended)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial
Previous personal booking experience is a plus
