About the Role

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultants to join our growing team. This role requires strong functional knowledge of D365 WMS combined with a practical understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes. As a JGA consultant you will help design configure and deliver D365 WMS solutions that enable our clients to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 SCM WMS implementations from design to go-live.

• Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to capture warehouse and distribution requirements.

• Configure and optimize inbound outbound inventory management picking packing and shipping processes in D365 WMS.

• Implement and support RF/mobile device workflows warehouse automation and ERP/API integrations.

• Work alongside JGAs technical experts to support custom development reporting and system interfaces.

• Provide training testing support (UAT SIT) documentation and post-go-live hypercare.

• Contribute to JGAs Centers of Excellence (COEs) by sharing knowledge templates and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with Microsofts product roadmap enhancements and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in warehouse management systems consulting or operations.

• 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Warehouse Management).

• Strong functional expertise across warehouse logistics and supply chain processes.

• Experience with RF/mobile solutions automation and integrations.

• Proven ability to run client workshops define solutions and deliver implementations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.

• Must be based in the United States with legal authorization to work.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certifications.

• Experience delivering multi-site or global WMS rollouts.

• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI Power Automate).

• Exposure to Manhattan Associates Körber Blue Yonder or SAP WMS especially in integration scenarios.

• Industry experience in retail 3PL pharma or life sciences.
