Ultrasonographer II
Our Radiology department is looking for top skilled Sonographer Is that you
Work location:Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery 6020 W. Parker Road Plano Texas 75093
Work hours:PRN; Must be available for call every third week from 5:30pm 7:00am Monday Friday and 7:00am Saturday to 7:00am Monday

What You Will Do
Explain procedures to patient or guardian/family member if applicable prior to and during exam.
Images correct anatomical area of interest and pathology according to department protocols.
Performs complex procedures including age related criteria and developmental considerations.
Assists radiologist with complex and invasive procedures using aseptic technique.
Adjusts technical parameters to optimize image.
Prepares room for examination (i.e. suction oxygen supplies).
Maintains ARDMS CME credits and CPR yearly or when applicable (ARRT and CMRT if applicable).
