Job Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support troubleshooting and installation of equipment as well as ensuring that projects are executed according to specifications and within the established timelines. This role requires a combination of technical expertise problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams in various field environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Civil or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with hands-on field engineering or technical support experience.
Proven experience in installation troubleshooting and maintenance of complex systems or machinery.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to test and calibrate systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients vendors and internal teams.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices in fieldwork.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel frequently to client sites including overnight stays when required.
Ability to work in outdoor or challenging environments depending on the project.
