Were hiring Customer Service Representatives for MediaMarkt & Saturn (MMS) supporting customers across Germany.
What Youll Do

Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may follow).

Handle inquiries: returns complaints product stock checks & reservations.

Deliver excellent service as part of a stable long-standing project.
