Job Description

Work From Home Customer Service Representative (German Speakers)

Do you speak German fluently (C1/C2) and want to grow your career with one of Europes leading technology retailers

Were hiring Customer Service Representatives for MediaMarkt & Saturn (MMS) supporting customers across Germany.


What Youll Do

  • Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may follow).

  • Handle inquiries: returns complaints product stock checks & reservations.

  • Deliver excellent service as part of a stable long-standing project.
