Job Summary
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Associate Technician - Pole Maintenance to join our field operations team. This role is responsible for performing inspections maintenance and repairs on utility poles and associated infrastructure. The technician will assist in ensuring structural integrity compliance with safety standards and the reliable operation of overhead utility systems.
This is an entry- to mid-level field position ideal for individuals with a mechanical aptitude strong work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors in various conditions.
Qualifications:
Required:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid drivers license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).
- 3 months of experience in utility construction telecommunications or related field.
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand/power tools.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
