The Role

We are recruiting Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives already based in Greece. Roles are available remote (anywhere in Greece) or on-site in Athens/Thessaloniki.

You will handle customer questions by phone email and chat making sure every interaction is professional and friendly.

What You Need

Native/C2 level Spanish (Spain or Latin America)
English B2 level (for training & internal use)
Must already live in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
