Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities state hospitals and community mental health centers nationwide.
We are currently seeking afull-time Recruiterto join our recruiting team.
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract identify and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs develop sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will source and screen candidates coordinate interviews and guide the selection process through to offer and onboarding. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of experience
Proficiency in various computer applications including Outlook Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience sourcing through job boards LinkedIn and other platforms
Strong problem-solving organization written and oral communication and negotiation skills
Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with program management candidates and corporate headquarters
Self-motivation and customer service orientation required
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload required
