Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Local Route Driver to safely deliver our baked goods to our Franklin and Nashville storefronts. This role offers a consistent morning schedule with the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven community-focused company.

Schedule: Saturday-Sundays (Mondays optional if additional hours needed.) 4:30 am - 9:00 am.

Responsibilities include:

Safely delivering and maneuvering pastries on sheet pan racks to various Nashville locations
Flexibility and in the moment troubleshooting.
Ability to handle minor mechanical malfunctions.
Maintaining cleanliness of the cab
Extra hours available in warehouse if needed

Requirements include:

High School diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years of age.
A minimum of one year driving experience.
Fluent English speaker.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Able to operate a small box truck with a lift.
Clean driving record.
Must clear a driver history check.
Must pass a drug test.
Must pass a physical.
Must be able to be insured as a driver.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Delivery/driving experience and mechanical inclination preferred.

Hourly Rate with Tipshare $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (base wage tip share)
