Job Summary

Operating Area: Midwest Regional
Home Time: Home weekly (Friday night through Monday morning)
Schedule: Weekday regional runs; no long-haul OTR

Equipment

Primarily late-model Freightliner tractors
Some drivers may initially operate day-cab or short-term sleeper equipment
Transition to full-size double-bunk sleepers typically occurs within 2 4 weeks based on performance and equipment availability

100% Dry Van
No-touch freight

Pay & Compensation

30% of linehaul (fuel surcharge is paid separately and excluded from linehaul calculation)
$1500 weekly guaranteed pay

Driver Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL (current)
Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience
No more than 5 employers in the past 3 years
Valid DOT Medical Certificate
Ability to provide proof of U.S. work authorization (citizenship or other legally acceptable documentation if required)

Driving Record (MVR) Requirements

No DUI convictions
No super speeder violations (20 MPH over posted speed limit)
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse record

Pre-Employment Requirements

Must pass a DOT-mandated drug and alcohol screening
Must pass a 7-year background check
- No felony convictions
- No aggravated or serious misdemeanors
- Minor/simple misdemeanors may be considered on a case-by-case basis
