What Youll Do:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives and drive the successful execution of strategic programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects aligning stakeholders managing risks and ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time within scope and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking operational excellence and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex programs that span multiple teams and departments.
Define program scope goals deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps timelines and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Proactively identify risks issues and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Coordinate resources and manage budgets to ensure efficient program execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for program communication ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Facilitate effective decision-making by providing clear data-driven insights and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes tools and best practices.
Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams including product engineering operations and business functions.

What Youll Need (required):

Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field (Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus).
Proven experience (5 years) in program or project management preferably in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing demands.
Proficiency in program management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Smartsheet MS Project or similar).
