Job Description

As Sales Enablement Manager you will act as a strategic partner with all Revenue teams equipping them with the tools insights and content needed to drive revenue will integrate closely with our sales teams to identify opportunities streamline processes in collaboration with internal teams and ensure sellers are equipped with the right materials and market intelligence to win deals efficiently.

What youll do

Act as an Internal Expert for Market Growth
Work closely with sales to identify key market opportunities based on historical data market intelligence and top leads for key initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint key market opportunities by analyzing historical data market intelligence and top leads for crucial initiatives.
Provide market-specific recommendations that align with client needs and competitive positioning.

Develop & Deliver Tailored Sales Enablement Content
Create and refine sales playbooks training materials that align with client archetypes and localized sales collateral with the nuances of each market.
Ensure all materials align with evolving product offerings market positioning and customer pain points so resources remain current accessible and impactful for sellers.
Lead the creation of vertical & seasonal materials in order to deliver pro-active pre-packaged opportunities.

Maintain & Enhance Notion for Sales Teams
Lead the build and management of Notion ensuring all sales enablement resources are up-to-date organized and aligned with internal team contributions.
Work in tandem with internal teams producing legacy Equativ BU materials and integrating them into Notion.
Enhance Notion with Global GTM initiatives to streamline resources and tailor playbooks for each market and revenue teams.

Drive CRM & Sales Tool Adoption
Train sales teams on CRM best practices & sales tools focussing on actions they can take and how these tools improve productivity.
Ensure seamless adoption and usage of enablement tools to improve pipeline visibility and efficiency.
Implement Quarterly NPS customer surveys and provide results & de-tractors to the appropriate teams.

Address Sales Process Bottlenecks & Ensure Global Alignment
Evaluate inefficiencies and roadblocks in the sales process and implement solutions to optimize workflows in tandem with cross-functional teams.
Ensure consistency in sales strategies across markets while allowing for regional adaptations.
Take a data-driven approach to understand sales needs for complex topics and streamline the steps required to produce meaningful high-impact content efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration for GTM Success
Work in tandem with Product Marketing Local Marketing RFP Specialists COA and the broader marketing team to develop and refine GTM materials.
Ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Encourage cross-team collaboration by sharing insights success stories and best practices.

What Youll Bring

    • 1 year of sales content marketing experience at a media company agency or technology company
    • Sales Enablement experience is a plus
    • Ability to translate complex information and ideas into intuitive and effective visual explanations
    • Strong organization and project management skillsStrong presentation building skills (Google Slides) are essential.
    • Strong communication and writing skills
    • Attention to detail and visual aestheticsCreative thinker who understands storytelling through multiple media formats
