What will you do
- Support customers riders and vendors by resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism in Czech and English
- Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Work collaboratively to achieve service KPIs (accuracy quality speed)
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes
- Contribute to a positive and fast-moving team environment
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Czechand English (spoken and written)
- 13 years of experience in customer service service operations or a contact center
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work daytime evenings weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with CRM ticketing or operational tools is a plus
