- Canvass residential and commercial neighborhoods to introduce 360 Painting and carpentry services
- Generate qualified leads for our top rate sales team
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
- Track leads and maintain accurate records of outreach activity
- Meet daily/weekly outreach and lead goals as set by the territory manager
- Minimum 6 months of sales canvassing or customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people face-to-face
- Active drivers license clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated with high energy and durability
- Previous (1) year of outside sales or canvassing experience
- Familiarity with residential services (home improvement painting roofing solar etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual skills a major plus
- You are not comfortable with door-to-door outreach or face-to-face interaction
- You do not have reliable transportation or a valid drivers license
