Profile Description

Were seeking someone to join our team as (VP) Java/Full Stack Developer to lead the development and deployment of the Entitlements Provisioning and Reporting (EPR) platform. This platform will be rolled out to a large population of Wealth Management (WM) applications across the firm. The successful candidate will supervise a team of developers located in India the US and Canada and will be responsible for driving technical excellence delivery timelines and cross-regional collaboration

What youll do in the role:

>Lead the design development and deployment of the EPR platform.
> Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery.
> Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers across regions.
> Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering security and compliance.
> Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling.
> Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology

What youll bring to the role:

>At least 10 years of career experience & At least 6 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

>Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
> Proven experience designing and implementing multi-tier internet applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
> Expertise in J2EE frameworks including Spring Core Spring AOP Spring JDBC and JSP - ideally with Spring Framework 6.x.
> Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures for MSSQL and or DB2 databases.
> Experience developing Web Services using SOAP and REST.
> 3-5 years of prior experience with Angular and modern UI development practices.
> Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
> Experience building CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with DevOps practices.
> Experience with Java 17 or later.
> Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
> Experience working with Sail Point is a strong plus.
> Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
> Prior experience in leading distributed development teams is highly desirable
> Prior experience in development of AI models is a plus
