General Responsibilities:
This position will support operations and services at the Clarkston Campus Library. This position is essential for maintaining access to resources and services that support student learning and success. This position reports to the Director of Libraries at the Walla Walla Campus and the Dean of Clarkston Campus and will serve as the lead library coordinator for the Clarkston Campus Library Operations.

This classified position is in a bargaining unit for which WPEA Higher Ed is the exclusive representative.
This position typically works 40 hours per week Monday-Friday within the operating hours of the Clarkston Campus 7:30am-5:30pm. This is a 10-month cyclic position so work will correlate to the academic school year. Work is held within an academic setting with fluctuations in quiet noise level and patron interactions and behaviors. Typical tools of the trade will be used such as office equipment computing devices copiers printers and scanners. Work is performed almost exclusively indoors in an office environment. Exposure to hazards is limited to those commonly found in office environments.
The college has an excellent benefit program including medical dental life and long-term disability insurance; paid sick leave; paid vacation leave; and retirement plan. All full-time employees will automatically have 3% of taxable income deferred into the State of Washington Deferred Compensation Program (DCP) unless declined at time of hire. WWCC requires all employees to participate in direct deposit for payment of salary. The college is tobacco free.
Persons hired must be able to provide acceptable documentation of lawful authorization to work in the United States within three (3) days of employment and successfully complete a probationary period.
