- Build authentic relationships with members and staff

- Drive membership growth through servicenot sales pressure
- Keep the gym clean safe and welcoming
- Plan events and programs that bring the community together
- Manage budgets and operations with excellence
- Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
