As a Territory Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving new business development by selling staffing solutions to industrial manufacturing and distribution companies across the GTA including Mississauga and Brampton. You will primarily be selling to C-Suite Executives and Human Resource Departments. This is a new business development sales role with minimal warm leads supplied. The base salary is $80000 - $90000 plus uncapped commissions.

EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience selling to similar customer bases (industrial distribution warehouse management or machinery)
- Experience selling to C-Suite Executives and HR decision-makers
- Strong background in high-volume cold calling and new business development
- Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of a territory
