Mendix Team lead

1. Team Leadership

   • Lead mentor and manage a team of Mendix developers ensuring high-quality deliverables.
   • Assign tasks set priorities and monitor progress to meet deadlines and objectives.
   • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages learning innovation and performance excellence.

2. Project Management

   • Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle using Mendix.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements scope and deliverables.
   • Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards.

3. Technical Expertise

   • Design and develop Mendix applications leveraging best practices to ensure scalability and performance.
   • Integrate Mendix applications with external systems and APIs.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development and post-deployment.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

   • Work closely with business analysts product owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
   • Present progress updates technical solutions and project outcomes to senior management and clients.

5. Training and Development

   • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide training to team members.
   • Stay updated on the latest Mendix platform features and industry trends implementing them as needed.

6. Quality Assurance

   • Establish and enforce coding standards development methodologies and quality assurance practices.
   • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development.
  • Prior experience in leading a team or managing development projects.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Mendix low-code platform including app modeling microflows and custom widgets.
  • Strong understanding of APIs integrations and database management.
  • Familiarity with Java JavaScript and other relevant programming languages.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
