We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Proven delivery of Azure-based AI solutions in production working across requirements development deployment and monitoring.
• Deep expertise across Copilot Studio Azure AI Foundry Azure OpenAI Azure AI Search Azure AI Vision/Language/Speech and Document Intelligence.
• Experience with agentic systems including building custom agents tool usage multi-agent orchestration and autonomous workflows.
• Strong coding skills in Python (preferred) and/or C# using REST SDKs; solid testing practices with a focus on readability and maintainability.
• DevOps on Azure: infrastructure as code CI/CD environments telemetry cost and performance tuning and secure secrets/identity management.
• A responsible AI mindset with hands-on content safety configuration and governance frameworks.

• Experience with evaluations and tracing model monitoring and optimisation of LLM cost and latency.
• Hands-on with RAG toolchains (embeddings chunking strategies hybrid search) and vector databases alongside Azure AI Search.
• Practical knowledge of speech translation SSML and custom speech.
• Familiarity with video analytics using Azure AI Video Indexer and spatial analysis.
