Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support Associate

Handle customer queries complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information on policies claims and services request.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining quality standards.
Communicate effectively in multiple languages (English Hindi and any regional language).
Document interactions and maintain customer records.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Work Schedule:
Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
Rotational Weekly Off (1 day off per week).

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream.
0-3 years of experience in Customer Support (Insurance sector preferred).
Proficiency in English Hindi and at least one regional language (Tamil Telugu Kannada Malayalam Marathi Bengali Gujarati etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
