Job Summary
Duties&Responsibilities:
- CarryingoutplannedPMVonVertiv/Emerson48vDCPowersystemsacrossmultiple customers premises including Vodafone BT Virgin Media.
- AssistwiththeresolutionoftechnicalissueswhetherremotelyoronsiteonourVertivDC Power Systems
- Carryingoutassistingwithnew48vDCInstalls/commissioning
- Afteraprobationperiodjoiningandcoveringon-callrota1-7weeksforDCandLowpower ups
- Oncetrainedon380vHVDCsystemcarryingoutmaintenanceandsupport acrossmultiple customers premises
- Assistingwhenrequiredonbatterybuilds/replacementsandtestingofUPSsystems.
- TocarryoutthecompletionofpostworkpaperworkanddocumentationonnewDC power systems and maintenance visits
- MobiledatacentersMaintenanceandcallouts
KnowledgeSkillsandAbilities:
- Havepreviousexperienceof48vDCandlowpowerUPSisanadvantage.
- Haveelectricalqualificationsto18thEditiondesirable.
- Excellentorganizationalandtime managementskills.
- Workingaspartofateamandloneworking.
- Self-motivatedandcapableofoperatingwithminimalsupervision.
- ValidECSandfirstAidcarddesirable.
Additional / Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Previous environmental service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-starter ability to plan organize and manage time effectively.
- Clean valid driving license.
