Our vision is to innovate and push the boundaries in the soccer industry creating unique and exciting ways for fans to engage with the sport they order to provide users with a fully comprehensive and up-to-date experience all information and happenings around the Kickbase leagues must be monitored 24/7 and integrated into the Kickbase ecosystem as quickly as possible.

As a Fantasy Center worker you will support us setting foot on MLS ground by updating the player statuses supporting our community and ensuring an error-free consistent and seamless user experience.

The Role

As a Junior Fantasy Center Worker youll be at the heart of our fantasy operations. From making sure player stats are accurate to supporting users during game day youll help power the experience our players depend on. This is a great entry-level role for someone who loves soccer thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow in sports tech.

What Youll Do

• Play breath and challenge Kickbase every day in order to keep the in-app-information up to date 24/7
• Monitor developments in and around the MLS & Baller League US closely to be informed about current happenings and implement them immediately
• Supervise the news platforms and service providers in the Kickbase MLS & Baller League US ecosystem to perform direct quality assurance
• Support in managing and moderating existing communication channels (e.g. Discord)
• Act independently and proactively: as soon as you identify an inadequacy intervene
• Always think ahead: Dont just accept ideas and decisions but challenge them if you recognize dangers or risks

What You Bring

• Absolute expert in all relevant Northern American soccer leagues especially the MLS
• Strong communication skills in fluent English for both team collaboration and user support.
• Strong understanding of emerging soccer formats like the Baller League and Kings League
• Year-long experience with Kickbase and/or other fantasy soccer apps from the users point of view
• Awareness proactivity and self-reliance
• Familiarity with the (international) fantasy sports landscape
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends during the season
• Affinity for modern organizational tools - Slack ASANA Gather
• Attention to detail you notice when something looks off.
