What Youll Be Doing
The Process and Change Management (P&CM) team is responsible for facilitating the implementation of operational changesthat impact Real Estate Secured Lending and Unsecured Lending. This secondment focus is: Data Records Retention across RAS RLS and RMS where youll be responsible for Business analysis to understand processes using GOW for enterprise Record Retention Policy identifying records stored within these applications determining appropriate record triggers and representing PCM throughout the project lifecycle.
The Consultant is accountable for providing in-depth advice/consultation typically of an operational or tactical nature to management business partners and team members within an area of this position you will provide business identification and consultative support relative to the development analysis and identification of process changes and/or system enhancements. You will also proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to the existing business processes; clearly communicate rationale and negotiate solutions which will enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure that all assigned initiatives are implemented in an effective manner within area of responsibility. You will also be conducting comprehensive business requirement assessments drafting and reviewing business requirements documents and supporting project testing and implementation. This role entails leading data governance activities by identifying documenting and managing critical data elements and applying technical skills with tools such as Power Automate Alteryx Advanced Excel andbPower BI to support data transformation and analysis.

How Youll Succeed
- Analytical and Process Improvement Mindset- You have a background in understanding operational processes ideally related to alternate channels (telephone/online/mobile banking). You also have a continuous improvement mindset and proven record of adding value by finding efficiencies in current processes and procedures consequently enhancing the performance of operations teams by actively/proactively participating in project activities.
- Business Analysis and Operations - You have experience with requirements gathering designing or modifying processes managing the change and implementation as well as working with a wide variety of business partners. You will be part of organizing and leading the implementation of operational changes. To be successful it may be of value if you have an operational processing background to have a good understanding of alternate channel processes systems and applications.
- Relationship Builder with Strong Communication Skills - You are proud of your excellent verbal and written communication skills and how you excel at developing relationships with internal and external business partners. You are not afraid to develop and recommend client focused solutions to routine and non-routine operational problems. You welcome the opportunity to represent your area of specialization and provide input into the development and implementation of projects.
- Providing consistent analysis - Solutioning and testing support across multiple projects while leveraging data transformation and automation tools to drive efficiencies and managing project timelines and risks effectively and delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis and reporting.
Who You Are
- You are an experienced business analyst or SME with a background in process transformation data governance and end-to-end project delivery. You are proficient in tools such as Power Automate Alteryx Excel and Power BI with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business value.
