Department/Unit Summary
The RN Float Pool coordinates total nursing care for patients participates in patient and family teaching acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments. Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- 4:1 Nurse Ratio
- 12 Hour Shifts

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelors degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- BLS ACLS
- One (1) to Two (2) years of bedside RN experience required
- Two (2) to Four (4) years critical care experience preferred
