Job Description
Description of the role:
The Receptionist / CSR position at Continental Toyota in Hodgkins IL involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain customer records and files
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
