A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to lead a thriving lettings department in Basingstoke generating new instructions driving performance and delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Our client a respected independent estate and lettings agency is seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to join their Basingstoke office.

This is an exciting role for an ambitious individual with proven lettings experience looking to take responsibility for growing market share winning instructions and providing first-class service in a busy environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and developing the local lettings department
• Winning new instructions from landlords and applicants
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and legislation
• Motivating and leading a high-performing team
• Meeting and exceeding agreed performance targets
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
• ARLA qualified (or willingness to work towards)
• Strong instruction-winning and listing experience
• Excellent communication and business development skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Proactive ambitious and target-driven
• Local knowledge of Basingstoke and surrounding area desirable
• Full UK driving licence required
