Ive been self-employed for 3 years and am now building an agency specialized in marketing for interior design studios hotels and sports clubs.

Job Context:
As a Freelance Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for planning managing and executing marketing projects. Youll coordinate internal teams external service providers and clients making sure deadlines and budgets are met while keeping track of all project phases.
Tasks
Responsibilities (approximate workload split):
- 25% Keep project management documents up to date (especially in Notion)
- 25% Research and develop creative concepts
- 20% Monitor timelines budgets and resources
- 30% Other tasks:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (e.g. Ads Content Events)
- Coordinate between clients creative teams and external partners
- Prepare reports and status updates
- Ensure quality control and optimize project workflows
