Core Responsibilities


In this role you will act as a trusted expert within the Hire2Retire domain ensuring efficient and effective HR processes while supporting global initiatives. You will also:

  • Resolve complex issues within compensation & benefits as a main focus while also working with employee master data payroll processes and other core HR areas.
  • Serve as a process guardian when introducing new business or legal requirements ensuring globally aligned and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business users to resolve change requests and implement improvements.
  • Actively contribute to HR compensation & benefits-related initiatives and projects across the globe.
  • Partner with ServiceDesk Employee Service Operations and Payroll to secure excellent service delivery for colleagues worldwide.

This position is located in Prague - Jinonice and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The Hire to Retire team is part of Business Service Operations (BSO) responsible for global process ownership of Finance & HR processes. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient standardized processes bridging business needs with IT solutions.

The BSOs mission is to provide an efficient platform that drives growth and supports our strategy to reach twice as many children over the next 57 years!

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience in expert process work preferably within a global company.
  • Knowledge of H2R processes such as compensation & benefits payroll recruitment employee data talent management and HR technology.
  • Familiarity with time management processes and payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail and an approach for designing legal and compliant processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.

What would be an advantage:

  • Experience with Workday and SAP systems.
