Summary:

Leadership position for St. Anne Emergency Department to support operations responsible for administration and operational activities. The supervisor serves as a clinical resource to direct care responsibility and authority as delegated by the Emergency Department Manger. Assists in the provision of care to patients of all age groups.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Bachelors degree in nursing business or health-related field preferred or actively pursuing degree.

  • Experience: Five years of acute care nursing experience preferred. 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

  • Knowledge and Abilities: Interpersonal skills sufficient to provide effective leadership. Effective problem resolution capabilities; able to be decisive and deal equitable in all situations. Able to make effective use of resources.

  • Registration Certification or Licensure Requirement: Current Ohio RN Licensure; Basic Life Support Certification.

Hours:

  • Shift: Afternoons/Evenings

  • Hours: Varies

  • Hours per pay period: 80

  • Weekend holiday and on-call rotation required per department policy
