Client Service Admin
Northampton NN5
Monday Friday plus 1 weekend day every 2 weekends (day given back in the week)
Hourly rate - 12.21 per hour
Temporaryongoing with the potential to become permanent
We are proud to be partnering with an exceptionallogistics provider who are currently seeking service driven and organisedindividualsto join their ever growing client services team.
Duties
- Answering client emails and calls in a professional timely manner.
- Providing solutions-focused support to resolve client queries.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitoring client accounts and proactively flagging potential issues.
- Assisting account managers with a variety of administrative task
The Candidate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Word and email systems.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role preferred.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset.
