Digital QA Specialist

About the Role

As part of the Digital Optimisation and Personalisation team youll be responsible for testing and validating digital experiences across browsers and devices. Youll work closely with Product Owners Delivery Specialists and Technology teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of our digital optimisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing including cross-browser cross-device UAT and production deployment.
• Prepare agile test plans scenarios and data seeding for digital personalisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify scope and resolve defects.
• Maintain testing metrics and documentation in Jira.
• Mentor stakeholders on agile testing practices.
• Identify and resolve issues caused by platform changes.

What Youll Bring

• Degree in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in QA testing (mandatory)
• 2 years in digital/web delivery (mandatory)
• Experience in financial services or consulting (desired)

Technical Skills

• Strong QA testing experience in web applications.
• Expertise in cross-browser/device testing and UI validation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira Confluence).
• Desirable: UI/UX knowledge test automation (Selenium Cypress) HTML/CSS/JS Adobe Experience Platform Debugger.
