Job Summary

In this role youll be the go-to for processing invoices reconciling vendor accounts preparing reports and ensuring payments flow seamlessly. Youll work cross-functionally with a collaborative team that values accuracy efficiency and the occasional sense of humor when month-end crunch rolls around.
Responsibilities:
- Process code and reconcile invoices with speed and precision.
- Prepare weekly AP reports aging schedules and month-end reconciliations.
- Handle vendor payments (checks ACH) and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Monitor budgets expense reports and forecasts to keep spending on track.
- Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- 3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance preferred (but not required).
- Strong Excel skills experience with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks SAP Oracle etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Bonus if you have experience in retail fashion or creative industries.
