| Job Purpose | |
| Duties and Responsibilities | - Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the Professional loans business - Drive internal customer cross-sell as the most important source of acquisition. - Have a thorough understanding of alternate business channels like internet. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Should have a MBA/Post Graduate with 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing in lending business with 3-4 years in a leadership role. Should have handled multiple regions and large size teams in previous role. Should possess the below skill sets: - Excellent knowledge of salaried loans segment - Excellent Team Management Skills - Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Strong Negotiation Skills - Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving skills |
