Job Description Summary
We have an opportunity to support a busy Testing Center that proctors exams for Chapman Fowler School of Law students with testing related accommodations (i.e additional testing time or use of specific technology during exams).
Responsibilities
Proctor law exam takers in both private and group settings Take notice and report any irregularities to Lead Proctors Check-in students at the front desk and escort them to the correct testing rooms Any other responsibility approved and deemed appropriate by Testing Coordinator
Required Qualifications
Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform in a timely and efficient manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact diplomatically with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels Professional demeanor and the ability to work with other departments while maintaining a high level of confidentiality An ethical commitment to the confidentiality of sensitive documents Attention to detail in a high-paced environment Sensitivity to working with students from diverse backgrounds and academic standing Available to work October 13-15 AND December 2-12 .
