Role Overview:
As a Pricing Manager at AstraZeneca India you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing pricing strategies for our diverse portfolio of products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our pricing strategies align with market dynamics regulatory requirements and product value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Pricing: Develop and implement country-specific pricing strategies for both existing strategic products and new launches considering statutory boundaries international reference pricing market affordability and willingness to pay.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends competitor pricing strategies and customer preferences to inform pricing decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
3. Access Landscape Navigation: Navigate complex access landscapes to optimize pricing and reimbursement strategies that maximize patient access while ensuring revenue optimization.
4. Innovative Pricing Approaches: Continuously innovate and evolve pricing approaches for diverse channels payers and end-users to enhance market penetration and profitability.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including sales marketing finance and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for pricing strategies.
6. Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel modeling techniques to analyze pricing scenarios forecast revenue impact and assess profitability.
7. Presentation Skills: Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to communicate pricing strategies analysis findings and recommendations to senior management and external stakeholders.
8. Negotiation Skills: Engage in skilled negotiation with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimal pricing agreements and resolve pricing-related issues.
