Senior Project Management Executive (Qualitative Pricing)

South Jakarta Indonesia

Part of the Project Management team in whose primary responsibility is to work with senior managers to serve as a link and liaison between cross functioned teams which are Client Service Data Processing and Data Collection. Project Management will be the advisor and the intermediary to offer the best approach for setting up each project and to ensure high quality data is delivered on timely manner. This role is really extraordinary opportunity to be exposed to knowledge and various of Data Collection methodology and Data Preparation.

Key Outcome

• Supports managers/senior managers on the day-to-day project handling as well as being the primary contact on projects which range from low to medium complexity.
• Advises project timelines supplier onboarding processes financial assessments within projects incorporating internal project management systems and commencing financial evaluations at a product level.
• Monitors the hours budgeted among different departments involved and assist at an overall level to ensure projects are handled efficiently
• Compiles project specific findings and assist in the overall reporting of project takeaways including providing process recommendations to other departments
• Gives into companydevelopment in ways such as with innovative approachesand improvements to company efficiencies

Analysis and Research Expertise

• Provides clear accurate and timely cost estimations to Client Service for up to mid-level complexity projects and start to do costs for other/mixed methodologies and more sophisticated projects.
• Starts to become involved in Project Planning Meetings to discuss and recommend the appropriate and most efficient project build
• Begins to act as a consultant to CS on an ongoing basis regarding cost drivers project efficiency and standard process for projects
• Ensure that the needs of clients/CS are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service for cost requests and timelines prior to commissioning
• Chips in to wider departmental takeaways by accurately recording project details such as key performance measures and takeaways (financial and process related)
• Assists in researchingofnewInsightsproducts/ services andthe costing requirements thereof
• Starts to develop and propose suitable research solutions/methods/to clients needs and their business

Finance Management

• Starts to supervise monitor and analyze supplier costs to ensure Kantar remains competitive
• Assists with the monitoring to ensure cost estimations are being calculated accurately
• Completes timesheets accurately and on time

Internal Client Management

• Thoroughly gets to know own team account teams other departments and suppliers
• Hasa clear anddetailedunderstandingof the PM departmentsprocessesand responsibilities
• Supports junior PME/PMA provides input into their development and provides guidance on costs processes and building departmental relationships
• Supports other team members in order to improve team efficiency and promotes/builds good working relationships

Sub-Contractor Performance Management

• Prepare supervise and coordinate all things related to Suppliers documents (contract service evaluation ISO docs PO & invoicing) for each project.

• Tracks monitors and analyzes supplier costs including questioning costs which do not seem correct and starting to advise CS how to use suppliers in the most cost-efficient way at a project level.
• Negotiates the best price with suppliers
• Starts to report to Manager regarding supplier performance and costs
• Conducts research in compliance with the ISO 20252 standard

Requirements: Pricing Related:

Initiation

• Serve as the pricing point-of-contact for internal collaborators during bid development
• Collaborate with research teams and internal collaborators to prepare pricing for RFPs RFQs and custom client proposals bycapturingg localized cost inputs
• Liaise with vendors and partners to gather accurate third-party cost estimates (e.g. fieldwork moderation translation).

Consultancy

• Analyze project scope and methodology of the RFPs/RFQs to develop accurate cost estimates and timelines.
• Advise client service teams on pricing strategies discounting and rate negotiations.
• Conduct post-project profitability reviews and identify gaps between estimated vs actual costs.

Monitoring

• Monitor project profitability and advise on cost control strategies when necessary.
• Maintain & update pricing templates rate cards and cost databases for various markets and services.

Operational Strategy & Process Improvement:

• Support to develop tools and processes to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency.
• Support training initiatives on pricing methodology and best practices.
