Learning Lead also known as Senior Learning and Development Partner
Location: Cromwell Hospital London SW5 OUT and delivery at other Multisite Diagnostic centres (London)
Salary: Up to 70000
Contract Type: Full Time 37.5 hours permanent
Were looking for a bold and brilliant senior level Learning & Development Business Partner to shape the future of learning across our hospitals and diagnostic centres.
Youll be the heartbeat of our L&D strategy combining creativity compliance and commercial thinking to deliver real impact. This role is hybrid with on-site 23 days per week. We place real value on face-to-face training and learning and youll be working directly with our teams to inspire engage and drive lasting impact.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety one day facilitating a leadership workshop the next ensuring compliance standards are rock solid and always shaping the bigger picture of how our people learn grow and succeed.
