What Youll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the Medical/Healthcare Property Portfolio while supporting the broader portfolio
• Oversee rent rolls interpret lease terms and perform detailed financial analysis
• Review monthly reporting cycles:
  • External portfolio: reports due early in the month
  • Internal portfolio: St. Davids due mid-month
• Perform full-cycle accounting including invoice coding CAM reconciliations and supporting AP review processes
• Support both internal and external reporting packages
• Act as a second or third approver in the AP workflow
• Collaborate with teams using MRI and Yardi

What You Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 35 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience with commercial real estatedevelopment and property/portfolio management
• Familiarity with MRI or Yardi (both ideal)
• Proven ability to balance reporting timelines across multiple portfolios

Bonus Points For:

• CPA designation
• Exposure to both owned and third-party asset management
