ADGs Program & Process Manager (Customer PSG) will play a key role in driving process optimization and documentation across our organization to enhance efficiency visibility and compliance! In this role you will collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather information analyze workflows and create comprehensive process documentation. The role requires an individual with experience in program management and process improvements across a broad range of business processes to add new value to the BU execution primarily within and across our CCS functions with strong interlocks to NIs business management and account management teams!

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with > 5 years of related experience
- Display a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence.
- Ability to establish time estimates prioritization and requirements for projects owned
- Business process analysis design improvement and problem-solvingskills
- Strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage own workflow and multiple requests while meeting deadlines as well as responding to frequent demands from multiple customers.
- Business acumen and analytical capabilities; ability to use data-driven insights to make decisions and evaluate risks and opportunities.
- Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Tableau and SalesforceAnalytics a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
- Individuals with temporary visas such as E F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT) H-1 H-2 L-1 B J or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for hire.
Overall the role of the Program & Process Manager is critical in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the ADG organization. It requires strong analytical communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to operate with ambiguity.
