Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our apartment community Fountains at Conroe Apartment Homes in Conroe TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

1-3 years general maintenance experience
EPA certification
A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
Theability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment plumbing systems electrical systems major appliances pool and spa equipment and other systems in operation at the community
