Job Summary
We are seeking aPrep Cook to join the team at our busy this position you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking by washing and chopping vegetables slicing meats portioning items labeling food containers and accepting deliveries. Pay is based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up work space with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen cleanliness and sanitation tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification (we will provide if necessary)
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Team oriented
