The Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of wound care ostomy product portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute the tactical marketing plans which include launch plans key selling messages promotional materials formulary pricing strategy training CME and patient programs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs and track business performance against objectives and forecasts formulating new approaches and strategies as needed.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare on point sales forecasts to guide supply chain planning and regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Identify engage and develop brand and therapeutic experts Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain strong relationships with health care practitioners (HCPs).
- Act as the product expert supporting customer-facing teams and providing technical and commercial expertise and training.
- Drive customer experience initiatives ensuring a differentiated brand presence and fostering long-term brand loyalty.
- Prepares and launches line extensions and new products to drive sustainable growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a four (4) year Life Sciences or Business-related courses
- Minimum five (5) years marketing or product management experience in pharmaceutical or medical device and consumables industry
- Extensive wound care and ostomy knowledge is preferred with strong KOLs in this area; keen and analytical drives for results and with strategic marketing know-how.
