Job Summary

DONOR DATABASE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SEASONAL)
The Milwaukee Rescue Mission (MRM) is seeking seasonal Donor Database/Administrative Assistants to assist with gift processing and administrative tasks from October 2025 through December 2025 (January 2026 if needed).

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time or Part-time (20-25 hrs/week) weekdays between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm. Will be flexible with part-time work schedule.

LOCATION: Central Campus 830 N 19th Street Milwaukee WI. 53233

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process donations through the gift processing system including sorting and opening mail scanning editing and verifying donations and entering information into the donor database
Assist with donor database projects
Assist with assembling department mailings
Filing and answering phone calls

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED required
Previous experience in an administrative role (paid or volunteer) required
Proficient Microsoft Office and database software skills with high degree of accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills with competence and accuracy in grammar and spelling
Detail orientated with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Flexible team player
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and to stand or sit for long periods of time
Be in agreement with and subscribe to the MRM Statement of Faith and the MRM Statement of Biblical Convictions
Be a committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ which is evident in personal testimony and Christian conduct
Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
