Program Coordinator
TheProgram Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functionalinitiatives within Cava Foods. This position is responsible for coordinatingand executing programs and projects that enhance operational efficiencyproduct quality and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is highlyorganized detail-oriented and a proactive problem solver with strongcommunication skills and a passion for driving impactful results.

What Youll Do:
- Program Coordination:
- Manage timelines milestones and deliverables for ongoing projects within Cava Foods.
- Ensure program goals align with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments including production quality assurance supply chain marketing and R&D teams.
- Organize and lead regular meetings capturing actionable items and ensuring follow-ups.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve program execution.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Event & Training Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing events such as team-building activities training sessions and special projects.
- Ensure all logistical details are managed effectively.
The Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field(or equivalent experience).
2years of experience in program or project coordination preferably in the foodmanufacturing or CPG industry.
Strongorganizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritizeeffectively.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverseteams.
Proficiencyin project management tools and software
Analyticalmindset with attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving.
Passionfor food and alignment with Cavas mission to bring heart health and humanityto food.
Physical Requirements:
Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment
Mustbe able to identify analyze and assess details
Forcertain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds
Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations as applicable
Abilityto work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
