Job Description
Were looking for a warm professional and welcoming Automotive Front Desk Receptionist to be the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through the door! In this role youll be the hub of the dealership greeting guests answering calls and ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. If youre organized personable and love helping people this could be the perfect role for you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Create a welcoming experience for customers and co-workers
- Answer and direct calls in a professional friendly manner
- Provide accurate information to customers and teammates
- Assist with scheduling and clerical support
- Maintain a positive customer-first environment
- Support additional duties as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly approachable personality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
