Job Description:

Position: Logistics & Customer Relations Manager

Location: Surat

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily dispatches for both domestic and export orders.

  • Coordinate with packing production and warehouse teams to ensure shipments are ready on time.
  • Liaise with transporters and courier partners to schedule timely pickups.
  • Ensure all required documentation is prepared and accurate including e-way bills invoices and dispatch slips.
  • Monitor shipments in transit and promptly address any logistics-related delays or issues.
  • Share Lorry Receipts (LR) tracking information and dispatch updates with customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers post-dispatch to ensure satisfaction.
  • Respond to basic customer queries regarding delivery timelines and shipment documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal sales or technical teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of dispatches LR logs and shipment trackers.
  • Prepare and update internal reports for audits and operational reviews.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely dispatch of invoices where applicable.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional email handling
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Customer-oriented approach with a polite and professional tone
  • Ability to multitask prioritize tasks effectively and meet dispatch deadlines

Required Qualification:- Any graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.80LPA
