Job Description:
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be part of the European HR Team and you will be based in Karlsruhe. You will provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner in the implementation of key aspects of the local HR function.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:
Assistance in Recruiting focusing on candidate management and employer branding activities
Responsibility for handling daily tasks such as employee enquiries creation of certificates documentation and reports.
Organization and maintenance of personnel records files pension plans and insurance issues.
Support of the administration of all absence records monitoring and validation of all leave requests and sickness absence.
Assistance in HR processes for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Entering/maintaining of employee data in HR-related tools such as Workday
Assist in the implementation of health and safety measurements.
Participation in and contribution to meetings.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience:
Completed vocational training in a HR-relevant skilled occupation or studies in social science HR management or similar
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Experience with HR software (preferred Workday) time tracking and payroll systems desirable
Very good command of written and spoken German and English
Computer literacy (MS Office applications Word Excel PowerPoint)
Good knowledge in the field of tax law labor law and social insurance
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone email and in-person communication skills
