Description
The Quality Improvement RN in cooperation with the Director of Clinical Excellence and Patient Safety will act as a resource to the organization identifying opportunities and improvement processes on outcomes; to assure patient safety quality of care evidence of best practices and implementing the utilization of best practices into daily care. Work with hospital departments and projects that are aligned with the organizations strategic initiatives to improve clinical outcomes patient satisfaction patient safety and striving to have continuous compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure. Educational Requirements Masters degree in nursing desirable. Experience Requirements Must have three (3) years of clinical experience in a health care setting. Strong critical thinking skills and proven experience in process development. Special Skills or Training Requirements Demonstrated advanced communication problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills with all levels of internal and external customers. Computer skills in word processing spreadsheets internet email graphing etc.
